
一、基本信息
宋寶興,男,1987年9月出生于山東德州。植物學(xué)專業(yè)博士,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。入選國家高層次人才青年項(xiàng)目。國際玉米遺傳協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國生物工程學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)算生物學(xué)與生物信息學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、Sigma Xi 科學(xué)研究協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。《BMC Genomics》雜志編委、《New Crops》雜志編委、《Beverage Plant Research》期刊青年編委、《iMeta》期刊青年編委。擔(dān)任《Nature Plants》、《Genome Research》、《Bioinformatics》等雜志審稿人。

三、研究方向
致力于通過玉米和禾本科植物的遺傳研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、環(huán)境友好、并可持續(xù)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。通過開發(fā)并應(yīng)用前沿的分子進(jìn)化和群體遺傳學(xué)理論,挖掘長期進(jìn)化過程中的關(guān)鍵農(nóng)業(yè)性狀和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性的主效基因并解析其分子機(jī)制并應(yīng)用于分子設(shè)計(jì)育種。
課題組致力于培養(yǎng)善于獨(dú)立思考、勇于探索、具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的青年科學(xué)家。歡迎生命科學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)或計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)相關(guān)背景的學(xué)生報(bào)考。鼓勵(lì)有意向攻讀碩士或博士研究生學(xué)位的同學(xué)提前以實(shí)習(xí)生或科研助理的身份加入實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行深入了解,優(yōu)先接收在本實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)習(xí)過的候選人。
