
1.基本信息
陳明訓(xùn),男,1984年7月生,博士,三級教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2008年和2013年分別于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)和浙江大學(xué)獲得農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士和博士學(xué)位。2012年5月至2014年9月在新加坡國立大學(xué)生物系開展合作研究和博士后研究工作。2014年9月入職西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院。曾掛職農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部科技教育司教育處副處長、校科研院重大項目處副處長。先后入選****、中國科協(xié)“青年人才托舉工程計劃”、陜西省青年科技新星等。現(xiàn)為全國油菜擴種專家指導(dǎo)組成員,全國油菜專家指導(dǎo)組成員,國家煙草專賣局轉(zhuǎn)基因育種重大專項專家委員會委員,擔任陜西省作物雜種優(yōu)勢研究與利用重點實驗室主任、陜西省高等學(xué)校學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地(油菜分子改良理論與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新引智基地)負責人、陜西省科技創(chuàng)新團隊負責人、陜西省油菜產(chǎn)業(yè)體系崗位科學(xué)家、陜西省農(nóng)作物學(xué)會理事、陜西省科技特派員等,Phyton-Int. J. Exp. Bot.副主編、中國油料作物學(xué)報英文版編委、Journal of Integrative Agriculture青年編委以及Front. Plant Sci.、Plants和Metabolites等專題主編。

目前主要承擔本科生《農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)》《植物分子生物學(xué)》和“大國三農(nóng)”通識課程《現(xiàn)代作物生物育種:科學(xué)與藝術(shù)》以及研究生《英文科技論文寫作》《高級種子學(xué)》和《作物遺傳育種專題》等課程。
4.科研成果
近年來,發(fā)表研究論文30余篇。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點研發(fā)子課題以及陜西省重點研發(fā)等科研項目10余項。授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利1項,申請國家發(fā)明專利4項,參與登記油菜品種3個。
科技獎勵:
(1)項目“十字花科油籽脂肪酸及營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)形成的分子機制”獲教育部高等學(xué)校科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎(科學(xué)技術(shù))自然科學(xué)類二等獎(排名第2)。
(2)項目“透明種皮家族基因?qū)τ谟妥阎舅岱e累的負向調(diào)控機制的發(fā)現(xiàn)”獲浙江省自然科學(xué)獎二等獎(排名第2)。
(3)項目“油籽脂肪酸積累的分子機制及油菜種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制”獲陜西省高等學(xué)校科學(xué)技術(shù)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎(排名第1)。
