黃鎮(zhèn),男,教授,博士,博士研究生導師,西北農(nóng)林科技大學首批“仲英青年學者”,中國作物學會油料專委會常務委員兼油料遺傳育種學組副組長、陜西省生物安全崗位專家,作物抗逆與高效生產(chǎn)全國重點實驗室PI,湖南岳麓山實驗室PI,西北農(nóng)林科技大學油菜種質資源創(chuàng)新及品種選育團隊負責人。

三、教學及指導學生情況
2009年起至今,承擔了本科生的《遺傳學》教學,主持建設了《植物分子育種》、《科研技能訓練》以及《科研倫理與學術規(guī)范》等課程。
2010年榮獲西北農(nóng)林科技大學首批青年教師講課比賽校級二等獎,先后指導大學生科創(chuàng)項目10余項(3項國家級)。參與了農(nóng)學院學位授權點評估、農(nóng)學院農(nóng)學專業(yè)的認證、負責了5個本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案修訂以及3門課程的質量標準修訂等工作。主持教學改革項目4項,發(fā)表教學改革論文2篇。
指導及合作指導的碩、博研究生70多名,目前正在指導的碩士研究生28名、博士研究生14名、其中海外留學博士研究生3名。博碩士畢業(yè)生42人,1人榮獲校級“優(yōu)秀博士學位論文”,4人榮獲校級“優(yōu)秀碩士學位論文”。
四、研究成果
自參加工作以來一直從事油菜抗病、抗逆機理的研究及種質創(chuàng)新,先后圖位克隆了8個耐鹽堿、抗寒、抗根腫病的基因,解析了油菜耐鹽的調控機理,并開展了育種實踐。利用遠緣雜交技術創(chuàng)制了8份具有獨立自主知識產(chǎn)權的抗根腫病的油菜種質及育種親本系,創(chuàng)制了20多份抗寒、耐鹽堿、抗旱育種親本系并應用到油菜育種中,選育及合作選育了油菜新品種20多個,其中國審3個;榮獲陜西省科學技術二等獎2項。共發(fā)表研究論文50多篇,其中在在《Plant Communications》《Horticulture Research》《Plant Cell & Environment》《Theoretical and Applied Genetics 》《Industrial Crops and Products》等主流雜志上發(fā)表SCI論文30多篇,申請或授權國家發(fā)明專利8項。
先后主持的項目包括國家自然基金面上項目與青年項目、“十三五”國家重點研發(fā)計劃子課題、十四五重點研發(fā)計劃子課題、科技創(chuàng)新2030子課題、教育部博士點基金、陜西省自然基金、陜西省優(yōu)秀留學回國人員資助項目、拉薩市科技計劃重大專項、陜西省及楊凌示范區(qū)科技計劃等20多項。
