
一、基本信息
吉萬全,男,陜西合陽人,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。現(xiàn)任中國種子協(xié)會(huì)生物育種產(chǎn)業(yè)化分會(huì)副會(huì)長、中國農(nóng)學(xué)會(huì)遺傳資源分會(huì)副主任委員;國家小麥改良中心楊凌分中心主任,農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部作物基因資源與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制陜西科學(xué)觀測(cè)試驗(yàn)站站長,陜西省農(nóng)作物品種審定委員會(huì)委員、小麥專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員;《麥類作物學(xué)報(bào)》主編,《作物學(xué)報(bào)》、《西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(自然版)》和《干旱地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)研究》等期刊編委。陜西省有突出貢獻(xiàn)專家,享受政府特殊津貼。

學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷
1979.9-1983.7,西北農(nóng)學(xué)院,獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
1985.9-1988.7,中科院西北植物研究所,獲農(nóng)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。
1996.7-2001.7,中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),獲農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
工作經(jīng)歷
1983.7-1985.8,黑龍江省大慶市農(nóng)科所,助理農(nóng)藝師。
1988.7-1999.8,陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院,副研究員
1999.9至今,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,教授。
1993,加拿大植物研究中心,訪問學(xué)者。
1999,以色列,訪問學(xué)者。
三、研究方向
小麥遠(yuǎn)緣雜交與分子染色體工程育種。
四、開設(shè)課程
為博碩士研究生講授《作物遺傳育種研究進(jìn)展》等課程。
目前已培養(yǎng)碩士研究生65名,博士研究生27名;在讀碩士研究生15名,博士研究生8名。
五、 學(xué)術(shù)成果
自1983年參加工作以來, 一直從事小麥染色體工程與育種研究。先后主持國家重大專項(xiàng)、863課題、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金、農(nóng)業(yè)部重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、省科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等二十余項(xiàng)。在小麥染色體工程研究方面,獲得了普通小麥穩(wěn)定自交結(jié)實(shí)缺體系統(tǒng)20個(gè), 該項(xiàng)研究達(dá)世界先進(jìn)水平。利用分子染色體工程技術(shù),將十倍體長穗偃麥草、中間偃麥草、華山新麥草、冰草和野生二粒小麥等的優(yōu)異基因轉(zhuǎn)入普通小麥背景中,創(chuàng)制出一批抗條銹病、白粉病或赤霉病的抗源親本。在小麥染色體工程育種研究方面,培育出國審小麥新品種西農(nóng)509、西農(nóng)529、西農(nóng)511、西農(nóng)501、西農(nóng)733、西農(nóng)172、西農(nóng)162、西農(nóng)161等和省審小麥新品種陜麥150、遠(yuǎn)豐175、陜麥159、西農(nóng)519、西農(nóng)518、西農(nóng)533、西農(nóng)186、西農(nóng)5812、西農(nóng)5813等,在黃淮麥區(qū)推廣5000多萬畝。
主要獲獎(jiǎng)成果:
(1)“普通小麥穩(wěn)定自交結(jié)實(shí)缺體系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)制”1998年獲國家發(fā)明三等獎(jiǎng)(第2完成人);
(2)“小麥種質(zhì)資源中重要育種目標(biāo)性狀的評(píng)價(jià)與創(chuàng)新利用”獲2014年獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)(第4完成人)
(3) “ 強(qiáng)筋小麥新品種遠(yuǎn)豐175和陜麥159的選育”2015年獲陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(第1完成人);
(4)“優(yōu)質(zhì)強(qiáng)筋抗病小麥新品種西農(nóng)509和西農(nóng)529的選育和推廣”獲2021年陜西省科技技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(第1完成人)
