一、基本情況

趙翠珠,女,1982年7月出生,山東臨沂人,碩士生導師。

二、研究領(lǐng)域或研究方向

植物脂質(zhì)代謝與油料作物基因工程。集中在油料作物抗逆和含油量的分子改良這兩個方面。(1)通過轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序、CHIP-seq等高通量測序手段,篩選抗逆相關(guān)目標基因,利用基因編輯和其他基因工程手段改造油料作物,并研究改良作物的分子機理。(2)通過模式植物擬南芥,研究植物油脂代謝相關(guān)酶及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子等的作用機制及調(diào)控的分子機理,利用基因工程手段實現(xiàn)油菜、大豆和亞麻薺等油料作物含油量及脂肪酸組成的改良。

三、開設(shè)課程

承擔《遺傳學》《細胞生物學》等課程教學任務(wù),開設(shè)了《基因編輯》《太空生物學》等課程。指導本科生科創(chuàng)項目、生命科學競賽及創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目,并擔任本科生學業(yè)導師。

(1)主持,國家科技重大專項子課題,黃淮生態(tài)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)基因油菜新品種培育(2018ZX08020001-011),159.11萬元。

(2)主持,國家自然基金青年項目,轉(zhuǎn)錄因子BnaNAC172調(diào)控油菜耐鹽的作用機制研究(31901573),25萬元。

(3)主持,陜西省自然科學基礎(chǔ)研究計劃項目,NAC轉(zhuǎn)錄因子BnNAC77對油菜含油量的影響及作用機制研究(2016JQ3011),4萬元。

(4)主持,楊凌示范區(qū)科技計劃項目,工業(yè)用超高芥酸油菜的分子育種(2017NY-05),10萬元。
