
一、基本信息
孫偉男,男,1993年6月生,博士,副教授。2012-2016年于長(zhǎng)江大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)專業(yè)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,2016-2022年于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)作物遺傳育種專業(yè)獲博士學(xué)位,同年在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)作物遺傳改良全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室張獻(xiàn)龍?jiān)菏繄F(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行博士后研究,首次闡明了多倍體復(fù)雜基因組中同源基因功能分化及其調(diào)控機(jī)制,并發(fā)現(xiàn)鈣信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途經(jīng)重要基因CIPK6同源基因(CIPK6D1/6D3)亞功能化及其調(diào)控機(jī)制。博后期間獲得華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)植物科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院優(yōu)博計(jì)劃資助。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在Nature Communications、Plant cell等雜志,發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng),主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金、中國(guó)博士后基金面上項(xiàng)目等。2025年2月入職西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院。

三、研究方向及內(nèi)容
(1)油菜抗逆(抗旱、抗寒、耐鹽堿)的調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及分子機(jī)制的解析:利用分子遺傳學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞組織學(xué)等生物技術(shù)手段,從分子遺傳、細(xì)胞和蛋白層面對(duì)重要的油菜抗逆基因進(jìn)行基因克隆和功能驗(yàn)證,建立油菜抗逆的調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),解析其抗逆分子機(jī)制。
(2)油菜抗逆種質(zhì)資源的創(chuàng)制及利用:以油菜抗逆分子機(jī)制解析為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)基因編輯、功能分子標(biāo)記開(kāi)發(fā)等生物育種技術(shù),將重要的油菜抗逆基因應(yīng)用于油菜骨干親本的抗逆性遺傳改良。
