田鵬,1985年9月生,陜西眉縣人,博士,副教授。
二. 學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷
2005年9月-2009年7月,西北大學(xué),生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)(基地班),學(xué)士2009年9月-2012年7月,西北大學(xué),植物學(xué),碩士。
2012年9月-2018年1月,中國(guó)科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所,遺傳學(xué),博士。
2018年8月-2022年6月,深圳大學(xué),生命與海洋科學(xué)學(xué)院,博士后。
2022年7月-至今,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),農(nóng)學(xué)院,副教授。
三.研究方向
表觀遺傳機(jī)制包括DNA甲基化、組蛋白修飾、非編碼RNA、染色質(zhì)重塑等,在真核生物基因組穩(wěn)定性維持、基因表達(dá)調(diào)控等方面發(fā)揮重要作用,對(duì)于作物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、環(huán)境適應(yīng)具有重要影響。表觀調(diào)控機(jī)制在作物逆境響應(yīng)過程中的作用是研究的熱點(diǎn)。目前以馬鈴薯為主要對(duì)象,通過高通量組學(xué)研究技術(shù)及分子生物學(xué)手段,研究表觀遺傳機(jī)制在作物抗病、抗逆過程的作用機(jī)制,探索作物抗病、抗逆的新途徑。
