
一、基本信息
于澄宇(1973.10—),陜西岐山人,副研,碩導(dǎo)。曾入選教育部2010年“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”、2006年西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)“青年科研骨干”。一直從事油菜遺傳育種研究工作。在油菜雜種優(yōu)勢利用、籽粒顏色、種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)制方面取得進展:(1)率先提出并驗證抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶(Acetolactate Synthase)活性可以誘導(dǎo)多種植物雄性不育,篩選出多種適于蕓苔屬、禾本科植物的新型、超高效化學(xué)雜交劑如Tribenuron、Amidosulfuron、Imazethapyr等;(2)發(fā)現(xiàn)了新型光溫敏不育油菜TMS SP2S和Huiyou50S等;(3)創(chuàng)制高油酸(87%)的油菜A28SW、高亞麻酸(21.34%)種質(zhì)2006-R8Q10、點狀黃化突變體ZH50黃、埃芥細胞質(zhì)的抗白粉病有限花序種質(zhì)3094SAM等。
