一、基本信息

秦錦霞，女，1987年4月生，山東濰坊人，博士，副教授。

二、學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷

2005/9-2009/7，青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士；

2009/9-2015/1，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)，農(nóng)學(xué)博士；

2015/3-2021/6，西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院，講師；

2021/7-今，西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院，副教授。

三、研究方向

小麥重要農(nóng)藝性狀基因的定位與挖掘；小麥非生物逆境響應(yīng)的分子機(jī)理研究；小麥糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白的功能研究。

四、本科教學(xué)課程

主要承擔(dān)的本科生課程《植物分子生物學(xué)》、《農(nóng)業(yè)概論》、《遺傳學(xué)》、《植物逆境生物學(xué)》、《作物生理生態(tài)》。

1.國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-青年項(xiàng)目（31601304）：小麥表皮蠟質(zhì)抑制基因Iw1的圖位克隆，2017/01-2019/12，22萬(wàn)元，結(jié)題，主持。

2.國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-面上項(xiàng)目：轉(zhuǎn)錄因子TaAGL7-like調(diào)控小麥抽穗期的功能與分子機(jī)制解析，2019/01-2022/12，60萬(wàn)元，結(jié)題，參與。

3.國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-面上項(xiàng)目：小麥抗條銹病基因Yr61克隆與功能解析，2020/01-2023/12，58萬(wàn)元，結(jié)題，參與。

4.國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金-面上項(xiàng)目：小麥亞基因組間剪接位點(diǎn)變異的全基因組分析和功能鑒定，2025/01-2028/12，50萬(wàn)元，在研，參與。
